Phlying Phoebe is a little ball of energy.  She loves to play with a feather wand, or chase the laser light. As playful as she is, she is equally as lovable and cuddly. Phoebe is a purring machine who loves to cuddle up under you neck. She can entertain herself but also likes to play with other kitties. She may be small, but her spirit is mighty! 

Phoebe was born the beginning of April 2015....you can meet this wonderful kitty by appointment with an approved application.
