Shelby is a sweet, loving kitten who had been bottle raised. She is an unique combination of a classic tabby also referred to a classic or target tabby and tortishell. We also refer to them as torbies.  Shelby was called "crybaby" as an infant because she always wanted the attention for herself and would cry out for it. Competing with her litter mates and roommates did not thrill her. She wanted more.

Shelby is sweet and loves to be held. Her foster mom turns her on her back and gives her kisses on her belly. She is the rare kitten that likes to be held and smooched with kisses. Shelby gives open mouthed kisses when kissed.  Besides being an adorable and loving kitten. She plays like any crazy young kitten with her kitten friends and with toys.  We think that Shelby will be a talker because she does chatter/chirp when you come into her room. 

Shelby will be a great addition to the right home, it's preferred that she is adopted with one of her good friends for continued socialization and kitty company.

You can meet this wonderful kitty most Saturdays at the Pembroke Pines Petsmart between 12 and 6pm.
