This is Pepper, a young Cockapoo.   He is dark charcoal gray, fully vetted and neutered .  Pepper gets along great with all dogs, with cats, with kids, and loves people.He is being fostered by an Adopt A Stray volunteer.

He weighs about 15lbs, is housebroken, and is a great breed for some people with allergies.
