Meet Max...he is a 2 year old male Gray and white Shih Tzu mix that weighs about 14 lbs. Gaining a pound or two would be good for him, but he is fully grown and on the small side. He is current on his vaccines, heart worm tested and neutered. Best of all he is also housebroken and ready to move into his new forever home. This special boy is an absolute doll. He is so loving and friendly. He has a blast with other dogs, and would love to have a playmate. He is also cat friendly and really good with small children. So far, we have not run into anything or any one that max does not enjoy. As he gets more comfortable in his current foster home, he gets more playful!!! Rumor has it that he was surrendered to the shelter after living outside. However, in no time at all, Max has taken a real liking to the comforts of a home. He loves to curl up on the sofa and to cuddle in bed with you. You can tell just by looking at him that he is cute, but once you spend any time with him you will discover that he has a beautiful heart. However Max started out in life, he has not let it get him down. He is pure joy and love. He would be a great companion to anyone, and a wonderful family pet (family member) to anyone looking to add to their heart.
