Buddy loves everyone he meets. He is very affectionate and is a high energy little dog. Buddy is less than 20 lbs, likes being carried and sits on your lap. He is not housebroken (we are working on this). He loves to play with other dogs and gets along well with cats. Buddy is approximately 1 year old and full of personality.
