Piper is one of our Special Needs Kitties. One of her legs is shorter than the others and stiff due to an untreated injury when she was 3 weeks old. She has been seen by an orthopedic specialist who determined that, while her leg does slow her down, it does not cause her any pain. She gets around just fine but needs a home where she does not have to worry about running from playful dogs or small children. Her leg is a small handicap but it does affect her confidence. If you love to nurture and enjoy the wonderful feeling of satisfaction that comes from helping and watching a very special cat blossom, you might be the perfect home for Piper!! She does love attention and being brushed and purrs like a diesel engine once she gets comfortable and trusts you but she will need a little time, LOVE and patience first! She gets along great with other friendly cats!!
