Hogan is a stunning golden tabby Persian (approximately 1 to 1 ½ years old).  He has big luminous golden eyes and a nice round “owl” face.  He is not particularly active, he’s docile and low key and loves to be petted and brushed.

Hogan was found crossing a busy road and came very close to being hit by a car.   Nothing is known about his background although we did go door to door in the area he was found looking for someone that would recognize him.  He was not microchipped and no one posted any “lost cat” signs.

Hogan is now safe in a foster home and adjusting to his new surroundings.  He is definitely a “gentle giant” who is very friendly, sweet and has no fear of people.  At this time, Hogan is not thrilled with the other cats that he is rooming with but I feel that with time he will probably be fine with another easy-going cat that will not bully or dominate him.

Hogan can be seen by appointment during the week or the weekend with an approved adoption application.  Adoption Fee - $125.00

FYI:  People often wonder how we get these wonderful cats, especially because they are known for their sweet nature and charming personalities.  The answer is simple – there are more breeders of Persians than any other breed and people do not usually realize how HIGH MAINTENANCE a Persian cat is.  The cute ball of fluff in the pet store begs to be an impulse buy, but within a year it has turned into a large matted clump of fur that nobody wants to deal with.  It is extremely important that people considering this breed understand the responsibilities that come along with a Persian.
