Cosmo is an amazingly sweet little boy, who is looking for his forever home.  He's a 6 month old (10/2011) schnoodle (schnauzer/poodle mix).

He was passed along by a few different owners, who initially fell in love with all of his cute goodness, Cosmo came into our circle last weekend.  Experiencing first hand a puppy with all that ‘puppy’ energy requires some work, time and patience, his most recent owner realized that he too was not able to give Cosmo the time he needed and with much regret, has asked us to find Cosmo his ultimate forever home.

Therefore, we are looking for a family for a Cosmo.  One that will help raise him and love him to become that great dog!  He is high energy and cat friendly, but as all little boys, occasionally likes to chase the kitties.  He is sometimes afraid around little children that are very active and loud, but once they are calm, he is very willing to make a new friend.  He loves to play with other puppies and dogs.  Cosmo would make a great companion.  He just wants to belong. 

In part because of the transitions he has been through, Cosmo can be a little skittish and uncertain.  He needs a family that can provide him with a schedule and some structure until he gets his feet under him and is able to build his self-confidence and become that truly great dog he is meant to be.  He is working on house training and doing very well.
