Lingo was adopted by a "loving" "patient" family that was willing to give him all the time he needed to adjust to his new home. Given their own space and time, the family's Miniature Pinscher, Sphynx cat and Lingo were all friends within 2 weeks. Lingo finally had a home where he felt safe and loved and was living like a king - sleeping with his new mom & dad in their big soft bed!!


For a few months in 2007, Lingo was finally living the life that every cat deserves. By the beginning of 2008, everything fell apart! His family got a new puppy - a Chinese Crested!! They put that "funny yappy little creature" on the bed with Lingo -- he freaked-out and smacked it and 24 hours after the new puppy came to Lingo's home, Lingo was once again homeless!!! His family had decided that it isn't normal after all for a cat to need time to adjust to new things!!


Lingo has not known a lot of security but he loves people anyway and is fine with other animals. He is a little timid and needs time to adjust to new situations. When he feels safe, he is LOVING and AFFECTIONATE and is happiest curled up in a BIG BALL in your lap!!
