Faegan is a handsome white and black tom cat with an ALL black tail. He was found rumaging through some garbage near the home of an Adopt A Stray volunteer. Adopt A Stray's goal was to neuter him, get him his shots and release him, however, he has made it clear that he wants a permanent indoor home and has no intentions of ever going outside again.
You can see from his picture that that he's not afraid to look silly to find his forever home!!
