Handsome Connor is one special dog. Shelter staff described him as "one of the sweetest most loving dogs" they have ever met. He's easy-going and just loves to hang out with his people. Connor is good with other dogs just not roosters. According to the owner, Connor had a few run-ins with roosters that that belonged to the neighbor who was a drug dealer so, fearing for Connor’s life, they surrendered him to the shelter. That’s Miami for ya! Messing with a drug dealer’s roosters can get you in major trouble here. Connor was adopted as a puppy from the shelter 3 years ago. His owners kept him outside all the time. He is a loving and lovely dog who is attentive and wants to please. Meet Connor and hear him say, "I want to be loved by you"! Connor, 33 lbs, 3 yr old, Shepherd-short-haired, walks really well on a leash, he's very obedient, SWEET, mellow, gives paw and sits on command!, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated. I pulled him from Miami Dade Animal Services because I did not want to see him be killed. I am paying for his boarding fees until he finds a good home. Make a difference and be his foster or adopt!
