This handsome little boy was found in a taped up card board box at a gas station. His sister, Minka,was in the box with him. They were very afraid for the first few days after being rescued. Phoenix gave in and learned to trust people a little sooner than Minka. Amazingly, within just a few days, he was purring and rolling over for belly scratches while his sister looked on suspiciously!! He has just blossomed in the weeks since then and loves attention now. He's playful and friendly and happiest when he is being held up close and is nuzzling on your shoulder and into your neck!! Life is definitely looking up for Phoenix. There is no shortage of good food, warm soft places to sleep and lots of fun toys to play with. He has plenty of cats & people to keep him company but what he is really hoping for is a forever home of his own.
