This cool dude has got it going on - an outstanding goofy and playful personality and always up for some fun.  He's guaranteed to bring laughter and spark into your home - (check out Frankie's BFF Ricky - they make a great team).

Frankie's "crash pad" is located in the "cat room" at the Aventura Petsmart and he's waiting to meet you.
