Clouseau cat is a lap cat, a shoulder cat, a neck cat an arm cat....Clouseau will find a spot on your body where he can sit cuddle or settle in and he's NOT picky about where that is. If he's cuddling up by your ear, his purr is incredibly loud. Clouseau also loves to play with feather toys, laser pointers, toy mice, balls, a paper bag, or almost anything he can find. Recently he made a toy out of a plastic fork and threw it around and chased it around the house for an hour. We think Clouseau and his brother Stabler are part oriental shorthair, they have the typical narrow face, extra long tails and short but silky soft fur. Clouseau was born mid March 2016 and is more than ready to find his permanent home. Update: Stabler and Clouseau stayed with me during Hurricane Matthew. I can honestly say they are precious cats with amazing personalities. You could not ask for more loving, affectionate, confident and adaptable kitties. They were quite vocal in the car on the way to my house, but it only took about 5 minutes to explore my home and feel comfortable. They loved spending time on my lap whether I was on the couch, a chair or on the toilet! And they liked watching baths and showers. They are both true "meet and greet" cats. When neighbors stopped by they immediately went to greet them and reached their paws up their legs begging for some attention. Clouseau and Stabler were also accommodating to the cats that currently live in my house making sure to avoid any conflict with them. Update: Clouseau's brother Stabler was adopted. Clouseau is hoping he will find his forever home soon. He went back to his foster mom's for a week to give him a break from the Petsmart room and help him adjust to not having his brother around. Day 1: Clouseau was extremely vocal in the car. He was a little nervous exploring every nook and corner of the home but constantly came back and hopped on my lap for short periods during the exploration. Although he didn't spend all night in the bed he hugged up and spooned with me several times during the night. Day2-3: Much more relaxed today, he follows you everywhere, seems like he doesn't like being alone. His playful kitten side is coming back and he is chasing feather toys and laser lights enjoying all the space he has to play in a house. Day 4-5: Clouseau loves looking out the windows. He doesn't have that chance at the Petsmart room and is taking full advantage of it here. He has a lot of energy in the morning and likes to chase a feather toy or laser pointer. Although he also likes to play at night, he is more interested in getting in some lap time. Stay tuned for more.....
